- Following a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- After a payment is confirmed, the membership tier will be automatically updated in 24 hours.
- Excluding consignment items and selected items, 1 point will be received for every $1 net purchase on Maskology own-brand products. Points will be added to the member's account within 24 hours of receipt of an order.
- From 1 September 2022, store credits will be ceased to send out. The remaining store credits in the account can still be used before expiry dates.
- Each order will be delivered separately, no combined or split delivery.
- The shipping fee of each order is limited to the first delivery. Additional shipping fee will be charged for any reason (including but not limited to changing the delivery location, splitting the order, choosing to send part of the order first, rejecting the order, failed delivery, not being able to deliver to the smart counter or convenience store due to the size of the order, etc.).
- Once an order is confirmed, it will not be replaced unless there is a problem with the quality of the product, or the item or quantity does not match the order.
- There are no returns or refunds on any of the products. If you find any quality problems or operational faults within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact our customer service.
- If there is any problem with the product quality, customer should contact our customer service via Whatsapp 91427324 or email order@maskology.com.hk (service hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-13:00, except Sunday and public holidays) within 7 days after receipt and provide the order You should also provide us with your order number, the product name, photos and quantity for our follow-up and record.
- If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receipt. To ensure the hygiene of the product, the original carton must be kept intact at the time of delivery, and the product must be packed in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, and the product must be in good condition and unused, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- If the expected delivery dates products in one order are different, the entire order will be delivered on the date of the latest delivery date.
- The shipping period is calculated based on "working days", which are Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and start from the working day after the order payment is confirmed.
- The products will be delivered by the third party logistics company, and the actual delivery process and time will be arranged by the courier company.
- If an order is returned to us with incorrect receiving information and cannot be delivered, we can arrange for re-delivery. However, the customer will have to pay the re-delivery shipping fee, and the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
- There may be a discrepancy in the colour of our products and product photos. The standard colour of our products should be as shown in the actual products.

- We will cease issuing points starting from October 31, 2023.
- The redemption feature for products using points will be unavailable starting from January 31, 2024.
