Return Policy

  1. Once an order is confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be  accepted unless there is a problem with the quality of the product,  or the item/quantity does not match the order.
  2. There are no returns or refunds on any of the products. If you find any quality problems or operational faults within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact our customer service.
  3. If there is any problem with the quality of the product, customer should contact our customer service via Whatsapp 91427324 or email order@maskology.com.hk (service hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-13:00, except Sunday and public holidays) within 30 days after receipt of the product and you should also provide us with your order number, the product name, photos and quantity for our follow-up and record.
  4. If the item or quantity does not match the order, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receipt. To ensure the hygiene of the product, the original carton must be kept intact at the time of delivery and the product must be packed in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. The product must be in good condition and unused, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  5. The above terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 
  6. In case of any dispute, Maskology Limited reserves the right of final decision.
