- Online store orders will be delivered by S.F. Express or other logistics companies, Maskology reserves the right to arrange the logistics company.
- Each order will be delivered independently, no combined or split delivery.
- The shipping fee of each order will be paid with the order, and the shipping fee will be calculated according to the shipping fee table
- The shipping fee of each order is limited to the first delivery. Additional shipping fee will be charged for any reason (including but not limited to changing the delivery location, splitting the order, choosing to send part of the order first, rejecting the order, failed delivery, not being able to deliver to the smart counter or convenience store due to the size of the order, etc.).
- If the expected delivery dates products in one order are different, the entire order will be delivered on the date of the latest delivery date.
- Shipping date is calculated based on "working days", which are Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and starts from the working day after the order payment is confirmed.
- Since Maskology is entrusted to a third party logistics company for delivery, the actual delivery process and time will be arranged by the courier company.
- If the receipt information of the order is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we can arrange for re-delivery. However, the customer will be required to pay the re-delivery shipping fee and no refund will be made for the shipping fee already paid.
- We will not be liable for any loss of shipment due to incorrect receipt information. If a reshipment is required, the customer will be required to place a new order and no refund will be given for the fees paid.
